These guys do complete and thorough repairs along with great customer service. They treat you like you are their top customer even when you are just getting an oil change. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I can go to Chevrolet dealership in Fairbanks for my auto needs. My oil changes are free. I appreciate excellent customer service and was not getting that at the dealership. I have started going to Expressway and I love the customer service and the care they give to my car. Their prices are very reasonable and they go the extra mile. You won’t be disappointed!

Against my good judgement, on my visit to Alaska driving a Turo Car, I stopped at Santa Village, North Pole, and immediately got gifted by a flat tire. No tow truck would respond, I changed to a spare of 10psi pressure instead of a 60! At 5 miles/hour crawled to EAI. Mike, a former Californian saw my desperation and in no time put a guy on fixing my tire. In half an hour I was ready to go! I was lucky to have EAI less than a mile away from where I was flattened, and was even luckier to have Mike in charge at the time. But I assume this spirit of help and generosity is the MO of the establishment. I wish I had EAI near me in CA.
