My rating is 5 stars PLUS! I had a nail in my tire and called Expressway. Brianna, who answered my call was so pleasant and helpful and offered to look at my car immediately. Upon arrival, Chuck assessed the tire and took my car back to the shop. Then Dan, the owner, came out and provided options. To top it off, he did not want to charge me for their time! Dan and his team were extremely helpful and courteous. Best customer service ever! I have lived here forever, and this business is a hidden gem! I highly recommend Expressway Auto!

I have lived in North Pole for 40 years. I have seen many auto repair shops come and go. Auto Expressway is the best I have ever dealt with in my life. Professional, courteous and the highest quality work you can find. As far as I am concerned 10 stars instead of 5 is more justified.
